Breakfast: 5 pts. Raisin Bran w/skim milk
Lunch: 6 pts. Smart Ones Three Cheese Ziti
Dinner: 9 pts. Subway 6” Turkey on wheat. All the veggies w/mustard. Sun Chips
Snack: 6 pts. Cashew snack mix 2 oz.
Exercise: Rest Day.
