It's late and I have not been able to get a walk in tonight. No excuses I tried to go out an hour ago then life got in the way. Tomorrow I am planning on a full six mile jog. Typically, I enjoy my Saturday jogs following the rest day on Friday. So perhaps tomorrow's outing will be as enjoyable.
Meals.
Breakfast: 5 pts. Raisin Bran w/ skim milk
Lunch: 7 pts. Maid Rite sandwich w/baked beans
Dinner: 11 pts. Hamburger w/fries
Snack: 3 pts. Cashew-Cranberry-Almond Snack Mix
