Back To School With Professor Von Drake.
Update 8/19/08
Ahh I see that at least some of you have been paying attention. The correct answer is of course sweat. It may be smelly and disgusting but it serves a useful purpose. Without our sweat glands we'd all overheat, and then like Alex Trebek where would you be? POOF! is were you would be. As your bodys heat up it produces sweat which evaporates off your skin helping you feel a bit cooler.
For those of you that missed the answer please review the assignment here.
Training:
Put in a comfortable Dewey plus this evening 6.65 in 67 min. My outdoor pace is beginning to come back. The shoes worked out well. I have a 4 day weekend coming up and I am planning to put in an 8-10 mile run on a least one day. Hopefully it will be cool this weekend.
