Not only that, but they can totally make you feel better at the end of the long run. I have to leave home at home, and I have learned to focus on how my body is doing while getting the miles in.<br />When I go out to do miles and I am already moody, I end up mad and I quit. <br />Run Disney has posted training programs for the races.
